General Information and Policies

RATES
Rates are subject to change until a reservation has been made. The rates posted are summer season rates. If you are planning on staying for more than a week, or are interested in staying off-season, please enquire about discounts.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. This must be paid at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made with less than fourteen days before arrival date require a deposit of 100%. We accept Visa or Mastercard.

BALANCE DUE
Balance due on arrival at the rentals.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check in is after 4 p.m. and Check out is before 11 a.m. This time is necessary so that we can clean and otherwise ready the apartment between guests. If you need, we can hold luggage for you either before you check in or after you check out.

SMOKING
These are non smoking apartments, no smoking is allowed inside. Smoking guests can smoke outside. Both apartments have covered entrance porches.

CANCELLATIONS
We need a minimum of 14 days notice prior to date of arrival if you must cancel. In any case, any cancellation carries a $25 handling fee. If less that 14 day notice is given, a refund will be given only for the portion that can be rebooked.
